Stanley Vollant, de Compostelle à Kuujjuaq
De Compostelle à Kuujjuaq follows the inspiring journey of Stanley Vollant, the first aboriginal surgeon in Quebec and the founder of the ambitious and inspirational Innu Meshkenu. Inspired by the Camino de Santiago, this 6000 km walk took him on a 5-year journey through the First Nations communities in Quebec, Ontario, and Labrador. Through his quest, we discover another facet of aboriginal culture and share in his message of hope to the youth as he encourages them to achieve their dreams. After all, if he, a child from a modest background, was able to become a surgeon, others can do it too.
