His directing credits include Momentum, Indian Horse, Grand Isle, and most recently, Drinkwater. Next, he is set to direct The Outlaws.

Mike Clattenburg

Clattenburg is an award-winning writer and director whose credits include many episodes of Trailer Park Boys, for which he won a Gemini Award, as well as five Trailer Park Boys movies and specials. He has directed numerous shorts, including Crackin’ Down Hard, which won an award at TIFF. He also directed episodes of shows such as Republic of Doyle, and This Hour Has 22 Minutes, as well as features like Afghan Luke and Moving Day.

Émile Gaudreault

Gaudreault co-wrote Louis 19, le roi des ondes, which Ron Howard adapted into EDtv. Gaudreault both co-wrote and directed De pere en flic (the highest-grossing French-language film in Canadian history), Le vrai du faux, Le sens de l'humour and Mambo Italiano, which earned six Canadian Comedy Award nominations. He also wrote and directed De père en flic 2, and most recently, the comedy Menteur. He also co-wrote the upcoming Lignes de fuite, and is producing the English-language remake of De père en flic, Fathers and Guns.

Érik Canuel

Canuel was a filmmaker, writer and producer who directed Bon Cop Bad Cop, which won Best International Motion Picture at the Jutra Awards and was one of the highest grossing Canadian films of all time. He also directed and wrote Hemingway: A Portrait, Barrymore, Lac Mystère, and Sur les traces de la fusion: L’acte 3, as well as episodes of Les jeunes loups, 19-2, Ransom and Transplant, among others. Canuel passed away in 2024.

Lieberman’s directing credits include the feature films D3: The Mighty Ducks, Fire in the Sky and Table for Five. He has won 29 Clio Awards for his work in advertising and has directed such hit TV shows as Lost Girl, Republic of Doyle, Houdini & Doyle, Haven, The Expanse, Rogue, and Criminal Minds. Most recently, he directed the features Christmas in Tahoe, Love Stories in Sunflower Valley and Love on the Road.

Dowse’s credits include the cult classics Fubar, Fubar II and It’s All Gone Pete Tong, which won Best Canadian Feature at TIFF. His film Goon was a huge critical and box-office success and The F Word won the CSA for Best Adapted Screenplay. Dowse also directed episodes of Man Seeking Woman starring Jay Baruchel, Preacher, Future Man, Fubar Age of Computer, Me, and The Sticky. He also directed the feature films Stuber, Coffee and Kareem, and 8-Bit Christmas.

Quebecois director and screenwriter Falardeau has won more than 32 international awards for his films, which include Monsieur Lazhar, La moitié gauche du frigo, C’est pas moi, je le jure!, The Good Lie, Guibord s’en va-t-en guerre, and My Salinger Year. He also directed the TV shows Le temps des framboises, and Lac-Mégantic - ceci n’est pas un accident.
